About the project
Qazaq Energy Charge is a joint project with DOSCAR GROUP to develop EV infrastructure in Kazakhstan. The network has more than 300 charging stations in Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Pavlodar, Karaganda, Semey, Uralsk and other cities, as well as on the highways between them.
The stations support fast charging to the GB/T and CCS Combo 2 standards at 80 to 160 kW. Charging is managed entirely digitally, through the Vlife mobile app.

Tariffs
Charging prices depend on the city: Almaty and Kyzylorda have some of the network’s most affordable tariffs, while other cities and highways have their own rates. Current figures are on the Tariffs page
