Atlético de Madrid Academy Kazakhstan
The first international Atlético de Madrid academy in Central Asia
Football skill and character — taught by the methodology of one of Europe’s leading clubs. The academy is open in the Almaty region with the support of DOSCAR GROUP and in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Spain.
About the project
In 2024 DOSCAR GROUP, together with the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Spain, began talks with the football club Atlético Madrid, which led to the opening of the club’s first international academy in Central Asia. The project has already drawn attention at the highest level — the academy’s site in Almaty was visited by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev
The academy offers a complete development path that combines football skill with personal growth. At its core are the club’s three values: effort, humility and resilience. Training follows the official Atlético de Madrid methodology, adapted by Spanish coaches specifically for Kazakh players.
